general NAME: Annette "Anne" Miller NAME MEANING: f = "Favored grace" NATIONALITY: British/American AGE: 28 OCCUPATION: Director of Central Intelligence/Agent handler/Data Analysis Specialist AFFILIATION: Fencer involvement ABILITIES: Multilingual, Photographic memory, Knowledge in computer networking, intermediate hand to hand combat skills and firearms use PERSONALITY: Annette thinks rather highly of herself given her position in the ranks of the 'Templars'. She tends to pull rank quite a bit and is distasteful of military men who tend to show off their skills during their assignments rather than focusing on the mission itself. She is arrogant, ruthless and most of all willing to do anything to get what she wants. She speaks her mind quite a bit and enjoys showing off her smarts and wits. BACKGROUND: The Miller family allegiance to The United States can be traced back years ago, core members of the family offering their youngest son and daughters to military programs and institutions where they would be trained in their desired profession (usually something picked by the parents) before actually enlisting. Andy and Charlotte Miller sent off their son Graham to be trained in order to enter a secret organization known as The Initiative. When the Initiative was destroyed because of the failed experiment known as 'Adam' the young soldier would join a rogue black ops group that traced and captured dangerous demons. A few years later Graham would meet and fall in love with British agent known as Amy Smith and in order to have a life together Graham would retire and move back home to live with Amy and his family. Graham would begin to feel the pressure from his family when Amy became pregnant. They all wondered what they was going to do with the child when he or she become 'of age'. Graham's brothers and sisters, who had already had children, were already deciding on what programs they were going to send them to with Graham unsure if he wanted the same lifestyle for his child. In the end, it was Graham's mother who was able to sway Amy into sending the child to a school when the proper age arrived but only on the condition that she was sent to train somewhere int he United Kindom. Amy gave birth to a beautiful girl in which she named 'Annette' after her deceased grandmother and by the age of five she was shipped off to Britain in order to begin her training as a field handler for agents. During Annette's vigorous training she discovered her talent for being able to remember anything she read or saw, which helped her score high on written tests and training seminars and beat out the competition that came from her classmates. It was this streak of wins that started to build up Annette's holier than thou attitude toward everyone else. She saw herself better at her professional and saw underlings as a waste of skin. Annette also started to harbor a hatred toward military dogs as they often came off as incompetent and tasteless when it came to knowing what to do during a mission. When Annette graduated from her training program she was shipped to the United States - home of the Americans in which she grew to hate and despise because of their talentless nature, thus bringing out a self hatred as she was half American. Annette was placed within the CIA, becoming a handler for several agents who more or less ended up 'perishing' during their missions as they were dangerous and involved skills such as espionage and advanced hand to hand combat skills with the enemy. After a year or so running through field agents she was put to use with handling data and working with a group of analysis who handled information regarding allied nations and incoming messages from other government operations. It was during this job that the Templars came to Annette with a 'job' offering. If she were to rely information to them about the networking cells within the government then she would be guaranteed a top spot on their roster when they officially took over. Greed and hatred for the higher ups made agreement easy as she took the job without a moments pause. Within a few short years the Templar nation would seriously damage the foundation that was the United States government and from that corruption came Annette's promotion to Director of Central Intelligence. ooc PLAYER: Trishelle NOTES: This journal was made for the sole purpose of role-playing. The character "Annette Miller" doesn't exist and the actress "Melissa George" has no affiliation with the role.
